IT'S OVER!!!!!
The Giver is over!!!! I thought that The Giver was a okay book. A lot of it was exciting, but a few were not so exciting, but i think over all I liked it. My favorite part of the book was when Jonas was forcing himself through the harsh snow, at the end, and when he got to the top, he found the sled waiting for him. I really think Lois Lowry did a good job on the ending. It really stumped me and I bet it stumped a lot of others. I thought Lois Lowry's Messenger wasn't one of my favorite books. I didn't really like it because I felt like there was no meaning to it and there was only one big event that happened. I really liked the ending but the beginning of the book was just boring to me. I enjoyed readin your blog a lot. I also like the giver and i thought that the begining was boring but then it picked up
Very interesting connection between all three stories. You used excellent inferencing skills. I think "Leader" is Jonas too. They said he arrived on a sled and had pale eyes :)

I didn't like Gathering Blue for the same reasons that you didn't like The Messenger. It was really boring and on ly 1 exciting thing happened in the entire book. It didn't seem to really have a point.

I enjoyed reading The Giver as well. I kind of didn't like the ending though. I was hoping for the ending to not make us infer that there is going to be a sequal. It filled me up with too much suspense.

You did a great job on connecting all the stories that you have read. I am glad that you had become more interested as the story in The Giver went on, but what do you think really happened at the end of the story? Since that was your favorite part, I would like to know what you think really happened to Jonas and where he was going...

I liked the messenger unlike u its fine everybody has different opions.great job of connecting those stories.
I agree with you that some parts of the giver were not exciting like Jonaes dream. that was kind of gross!!!!!!!
Hi well i didnt really like the ending to it left you with way to many questions but i loved the book. I never heard of the book untill my teacher told the class we would be reading it my class doesn"t like the ending too. So we thought of a great assignment for us to do is write one more chapter for the book and that would answer the question but everyones is going toing to be different so if you are like me and wants to know how it just get a piece of paper and a pen and start writing !! Then reread the book with your chapter and then you will love the book!! I did that i know I love it !! Bye!!
